Meet The Team

Jason Scher

Jason’s our CEO, and has seen his business partners challenges with Crohns disease over the last 10 years.  Its those struggles, that motivate Jason every day to deliver the highest quality products to all those other suffers of gut health complications

Stuart Diamond

Stu’s the CMO behind TUMME, a brand built to help people feel better in their own skin, and stomach. With two kids, a base in Melbourne, and a deep respect for how gut health affects daily life, Stu brings empathy and energy to the work. He’s driven by real stories, real science, and the belief that no one should have to just “put up with it.” When he’s not building brands, you’ll find him working out, watching or playing sport, or trying to get his kids to eat their veggies.

Steve Wallace

Steve is Co-Founder at Tumme & leads Sales. As an adult, he began noticing changes in the foods he could tolerate. FODMAP testing offered little clarity—and he realised many others were struggling too. Driven to perform at his best and help others do the same, Steve helped bring Tumme to life: a daily support system designed to improve gut health and help people feel, function, and live at their full potential.

Joyce Chang

At TUMME, Joyce keeps the finances organised and the business running smoothly, proudly backing a brand she relates to a little more than she’d like to admit. She loves the story and purpose behind TUMME and believes that strong financial foundations are just as important as good health. Outside of work, Joyce enjoys good food, catching up with friends, time to think, and going for walks — although with 3 kids, a dog, and a family that can’t sit still (herself included), true relaxation is still on the wish list.

Bec Tallack

Bec’s strength lies in truly understanding people — what drives them, what connects them, and how to help them thrive. She’s passionate about building cultures that support both resilience and joy. Bec keeps herself energised by getting out for a run, getting engrossed in a good book and soaking up a tropical sunset by the beach.
